Somewhat self-conscious about it, thinking it makes her look weak.Distinguishing features: Extremely well kept horns without a scratch or chip in sight. The same can be said of her skin, with nary a scar visible, clearly befitting someone of a privileged background. Has pronounced canines and slit pupils. Scattered freckles around her cheeks, shoulders, and hips.Clothing choice: Loose-fitting clothing easy to move around in, a much more comfortable choice compared to a life of stuffy kimonos and yukatas. Freedom of leg moment is a high priority for her, as much of her fighting style relies on fast kicks.Hobbies: Martial arts, gardening, flower arrangement. Not a very good cook, but enjoys it nonetheless. Spends a lot of her time people-watching. Enjoys exploring and adventuring above all else, it being the entire reason she left home to begin with.
Personality
Sanae is an absolute ball of sunshine, trying her best to see the good in everything and everyone, sometimes to a fault. Her sheltered life has made her rather naive, but years of martial arts training means she is more than capable of defending herself. Her reflexes are quick, but she runs moreso on instinct rather than logic, a fight or flight response more than often ending in "fight".Her views on the world are altruistic, believing that good deeds can make the world a better place, and she does her best to help anyone she encounters in need. However, being rather gullible, she sometimes ends up duped and manipulated, though chances are she won't notice unless it's completely obvious. She still doesn't let that shadow her views however.Being a runaway, she tries to remain secretive about it, but she's quite terrible at it, often spilling details that alude to it without realizing it. It isn't as if she's a fugitive, but chances are, there are people out there looking for her to bring her home, and she'd rather avoid that as much as possible until she feels she's ready to return.

History
Growing up on the island of Koshu as the only daughter of Lord and Lady Mononobe, Sanae was raised spoiled and sheltered, hardly ever leaving the grounds of her estate which caused a lifelong longing for adventure. Her room is filled with books on other lands, whether it be geography, history, local legends, anything she could get her hands on to learn more of the outside world.During a trip to Kugane, Sanae took the first chance she could to slip away from her family and made her way to the docks, bribing a merchant to let her hide on his ship bound for Limsa Lominsa. Upon stepping onto the dock after the long voyage, it was love at first sight, and she knew she had made the right choice.Though well-educated, she has little real-word experience, but she remains eager to learn, easy way or hard way.

Only interested in the money, or genuinely concerned with bringing a girl back home to her family?- Her favorite thing to eat in the world is lemons. The entire thing. Skin and all. Witness the horror and ask what the hell she's doing.- Sanae has a bull-in-a-china-shop air about her. She constantly spaces out when she walks and has a habit of walking into both things and people. If she bumps into your character, she'll be quick to apologize and try to help pick up whatever they may have dropped.- While she's easily frightened, Sanae isn't one to run away. If your character is of the criminal type, they could see her as an easy target, only to be met with someone who looks like they're about to cry... But is also in a fighting stance.
